Business analysis & consulting
Find the process that is costing you, and design the version that is not.
- Process mapping and AS-IS analysis
- Target operating models and roadmaps
- KPI and OKR design
- Functional requirements for development
We map the process, build what it needs, and keep it running afterwards — one team from the first conversation to live operation.
Most small businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a process that grew by accident, and software that was bought to patch it.
The same data re-entered in three places every week
Handovers where things quietly stall or get lost
Systems bridged by a person copying between them
Three practices. Each is sold on its own, and they compose when a project needs more than one. Most consultancies stop at the recommendation; most development shops start after it.
Find the process that is costing you, and design the version that is not.
Get the controls and the evidence in order before an auditor, a regulator or a customer asks for them.
Take the cost out of what you already run, build what replaces it, and operate it afterwards.
Whatever comes out of an analysis or an audit is built and run by the same team that specified it. Nobody hands you a document and leaves.
What each practice coversThree steps, in this order. Skipping the first two is how businesses end up paying for software that automates the wrong thing.
We map how the work actually happens, not how the handbook says it does. The bottleneck is rarely where people expect it.
Current state, target state, and an honest view of which changes are worth making. Some of them need no software at all.
Automation, integrations, internal tools — implemented, tested and handed over so your team can run them without us.
Every engagement begins with an agreed scope, deliverables and price. You can stop after any step — each one is useful on its own.
A 30-minute conversation about your business, the problem you are dealing with, and whether we are the right people to solve it.
From €300
Understand what is slowing the business down.
A focused look at one process to find the bottlenecks and the improvements available immediately.
From €700
Get the roadmap before spending on development.
A structured analysis and redesign of the process, including where automation genuinely pays off and where it does not.
From €1,500
Turn the plan into something that runs.
Design and implementation of the solution itself — workflow automation, integrations, dashboards, internal tools or custom software.
Final price depends on agreed scope, complexity and functionality.
From €300/month
Keep improving after launch.
Continuous support for what is already running: technical changes, small improvements and advice as the business shifts.
Includes up to 10 hours per month. Additional work at €40 per hour.
For smaller tasks, shifting requirements or work that does not fit a package, we also work hourly.
All prices are starting prices and exclude VAT and third-party costs such as hosting, software licences, paid APIs and external services. A final quotation, timeline and list of deliverables follows once the scope is agreed.
Most projects fail in the gap between the people who understand the business and the people who write the code. Requirements get translated twice, and something is lost each time.
Ventora removes the translation. The person who maps your process is in the same team as the person who builds the solution, so what gets specified is what gets delivered.
We work with small businesses and organisations, where the person deciding is usually also the person doing the work — and where a wrong technology decision is expensive for a long time.

Every engagement is measured against what was agreed at the start, and reported against it at handover.
What takes too long, costs too much, or stops the business growing. We define the problem and name the most practical next step, on a free 30-minute call.
Agreed in writing before work starts.
Each stage is useful on its own.
Every solution is handed over with documentation.
The cheapest software is the one you did not need to build. That is what the first conversation is for.
